Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as items are unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. For hygiene reasons, some beauty products (such as opened cosmetics or lashes) may not be eligible for return unless defective.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?
